Taking control of your schedule

I’ve had to learn recently not to make any outside appointments before 9:30 am.

That gives me time to get to work, get settled, work through some feeds, then take care of outside issues. Making an appointment before 9:00 just gets my day off to an out of control state.

The clock starts now

Met with my doctor yesterday for a physical – +35 pounds in 3 1/2 years. OUCH

I’m at 215 right now. The way I figure, I can drop about 8–10 pounds a month. I should be back down to my ideal of 180 in about 3 1/2 months.
